All rates are estimated starting points and may be adjusted based on actual travel and lodging expenses. Budgeted allowances for luggage, local transportation, and my personal fee remain fixed.

• Upon selecting your preferred city and dates, I will send you a personalized invoice.

• A deposit covering anticipated travel and accommodations is required within 24 hours to secure your date and begin booking arrangements. This deposit is part of your total Travel Commitment Fee, not an additional charge.

• Once the deposit is received, I will confirm all travel and lodging details and provide a privacy-safe confirmation to give you peace of mind.

• The balance, including my personal fee and any travel costs exceeding the budget, is due before or at the start of our time together.

• Payment methods and invoicing details will be provided upon confirmation.

• Once travel is confirmed, some costs (flight/hotel) may be non-refundable — you'll be informed in advance.

• Deposits are non-refundable once travel bookings are confirmed, as flights are typically paid upfront and often non-refundable.

When dining at Fogo de Chão, dinner includes your choice of the Full Churrasco or Indulgent Churrasco Experience. All dining and date-related expenses are handled separately by you.

This tradition is a special invitation, never an expectation—an offering designed to deepen our time together and create a memorable, sensory experience that lingers long after the evening ends.

• If your preferences or circumstances require accommodations exceeding the budget, I will notify you in advance and adjust your invoice accordingly.

• All accommodation upgrades are confirmed with you in advance to ensure transparency and mutual agreement.
